I quit smoking 😀
Finnaly and after a loooooooong period of doing that.
I did it and i am doing it without regret, without emotions or any kind of stress.
It doesn’t matter when i stoped or how it is, the only thing important is to continue! 😉
I also quit McDonald’s and all the junk food that even though it was not daily or even weekly… it was on my menu.
I have a new purpose this year: health is no. 1
I recommend this attitude 😉
